LPN (No Nights/Holidays/Weekends)

*Position Summary* The Licensed Practical Nurse, under the direction of the physician(s), carries out specific nursing duties including the recording of vital signs, assisting with examinations and diagnostic procedures as requested.
Performs other nursing activities described in the Licensed Practical Nurse Act.
Administers prescribed medications and performs rehabilitative nursing duties.
*Qualifications* *Education (Including Licenses and Certifications):* • Licensed as Practical Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
ACLS/PALS is required in specialty areas as determined by accrediting bodies (Cardiology, Infusion, Rheumatology Infusion, CT & GI Endo) *Experience:* · Two years’ experience as a LPN in a clinical/ambulatory setting preferred.
