Servicing Specialist – Raeford, NC
AgCarolina Farm Credit has an open position for a Servicing Specialist.
In this role, the Servicing Specialist will conduct internal loan closings, complete final loan verifications, set up and maintain both the digital and secured loan files, maintain internal controls, and perform loan accounting and servicing functions.
The location for this position would be our Raeford office.
This role will report to the Branch Manager of our Raeford location.
How you will impact AgCarolina Farm Credit:
Accurately and efficiently assist with closings of all sized loans with moderate complexity while meeting work quantity expectations
Timely and accurately keys payment and ledger entries, prepares deposits, transaction summaries and daily balancing
Adheres to Association’s internal controls policy
Ensures files are complete and scans loans per Association policy
Shows initiative by proactively pulling loans from the queue
Demonstrates mastery of Servicing Specialist duties and requires a low level of oversight
Ensures all customers have a great customer experience
Effectively communicate with customers and team members
Demonstrates a commitment to learning and growing by proactively following development plan
Maximizes quality business growth to meet Association’s profitability and other business plan objectives
What you need to succeed:
Education and/or experience equivalent to Associate’s degree in business, legal, or accounting
Strong interpersonal, customer service and problem solving skills
Detail oriented and excellent communication (oral and written) skills
Must be a quick learner, adaptable and highly organized
Computer experience with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Work independently under general supervision
