*Position: Director of Inpatient Nursing Services*
*Location: Sanford, NC- Full-time Onsite with Paid Relocation*
Our Award-Winning Client, a nationally recognized healthcare provider, is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join their team as the Director of Inpatient Nursing Services.
This leadership role will play a pivotal part in overseeing clinical and procedural units within various hospital departments.
*Key Qualifications and Technical Skills:*
* Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a critical care unit.
* 2-3 years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Manager, Director, etc.
).
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
* Current and valid Registered Nurse license in North Carolina (or compact state).
* BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
* ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
*Responsibilities:*
* Direct, organize, and supervise clinical and procedural units within the hospital.
* Ensure adherence to policies, maintain safe staffing levels, and manage supplies and equipment.
* Develop, implement, and manage department budgets.
* Foster ongoing quality and performance improvement initiatives.
* Invest in lifelong learning for staff professional development.
* Communicate important information to senior leadership members as needed.
