What You Will Achieve The incumbent works as part of a cross-functional team to perform technical tasks as they relate to support for different validation program efforts, including process validation, cleaning validation, filter qualification, dispensing qualification, and equipment qualification.
These validation efforts will help ensure that our equipment, systems, and processes are reproducibly functioning as intended to support our efforts to manufacture medicines for patients.
How You Will Achieve It Support or lead collaborative conversations to address validation topics and establish resolutions by targeted project timelines.
Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders (manufacturing, QA, and technical functions).
Author validation protocols and final reports and support data collection and analysis according to approved procedures.
Help identify challenges, troubleshoot, and make suggestions for continuous improvement to increase efficiencies.
Qualifications Must-Have Applicant must have High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with eight years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with six years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience; OR a Master’s degree with more than one year of experience.
Experience working in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience with one or more areas of validation: equipment validation, process validation, cleaning validation, filter validation, media simulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English language proficient).
Ability to work in a team environment and manage projects independently.
Nice-to-Have Experience with risk-based approaches (risk assessments).
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Schedule is primarily day shift, but at times it will be necessary to work additional hours to support emergency requests (remote support flexibility in some cases).
